We identified differences between male and female cancer patients
and predicted treatments that would be effective in males, females, or both.
We conducted the first large-scale analysis of sex differences in cancer. In addition to making computational predictions of sex-based efficacy of cancer treatments, we assist in prioritization of in vitro studies seeking to identify sex disparities. This website documents our methodology and contains data and scripts required to reproduce the results reported in our manuscript.
